Live Free from Sickness
“For in Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set you free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:2 (BSB)

The law of sin and death once ruled your body, producing sickness, weakness, and decay. But the moment you were born again, a new law took over—the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus. This law doesn’t just heal you; it frees you. It doesn’t just restore you; it sustains you. You are no longer subject to sickness as a normal part of life. You are governed by a higher law that produces life, strength, and wholeness.
To live free from sickness means you stop expecting sickness as part of your future. You stop identifying with weakness. You stop assuming your body must follow the patterns of the world. You live from the law of Life, not the law of death. The Spirit of Life is constantly supplying strength to your cells, vitality to your organs, and renewal to your body. Divine health is not fragile—it is reinforced by the very Life of Christ within you. You are not trying to escape sickness; you are living in the freedom Jesus already secured.
This Truth breaks the lie that sickness is inevitable or unavoidable. Many believers accept sickness as normal because they don’t realize a new law is operating in them. But laws govern outcomes. The law of gravity always pulls downward. The law of lift always elevates upward. And the law of the Spirit of Life always produces health. The enemy wants you to believe you are still under the old law so you will tolerate what Jesus already freed you from. But the Word declares you are free—legally, spiritually, and physically.
Living this way produces confidence and stability. You stop bracing for sickness and start expecting health. You stop fearing symptoms and start enforcing freedom. You stop living as a victim of your body and start living as a steward of divine Life. The more you renew your mind to this Truth, the more your body responds. You are not fighting to get free—you are maintaining the freedom Christ already gave you.
Today is about embracing the Truth that divine health is not occasional—it is your new normal. You live under the law of Life, and that law keeps you strong.
