Paula Mooney

Pastor Paula was born and raised in Nebraska to Paul and Joyce Zielinski. In 1994, her family relocated from Lexington to Ogallala, where she completed her final two years of high school. Post-graduation, she moved to Colorado, then Omaha, NE, where she worked at the VA. in December 2012, she moved to Fort Worth, TX and became a licensed minister and over the next 10 years she would serve in several roles in ministry including prayer, children's ministry, and administrative. While serving in a prayer group at church she met her future husband Rodney Mooney, whom she married on April 12, 2014. They both felt a calling to pastoral service and enrolled in Bible college in 2021, graduating Summa Cum Laude in May 2023. Embracing their passion for rural ministry, they sold their home in Azle, TX, and moved 800 miles to Ogallala, NE, where they established Victory Life Family Church on October 15, 2023.
