Rodney Mooney

Pastor Rodney, a native of Fort Worth, TX, embraced his full-time ministry calling in 2010. His roles included prayer minister, prayer team leader, and prayer department supervisor. In 2013, he met Paula Zielinski a native of Nebraska who moved to Texas in December 2012, his future wife, through a church prayer group. They married on April 12, 2014, and joyfully claim they are still on their honeymoon. Knowing that he was called to pastor, Rodney pursued Bible college after nine years in ministry. In 2021, he and Paula, following the Lord’s direction, they enrolled in Bible bollege, both graduating Summa Cum Laude in May 2023. With a long-held passion for rural ministry and following the Lord's direction, they sold their Azle, TX home, and relocated 800 miles to Ogallala, NE, where they founded Victory Life Family Church on October 15, 2023.
