But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming – Romans 10:8 BSB
Living in the Blessing Through Redemption
In a world filled with challenges and uncertainties, the message of faith and confession stands as a beacon of hope. Through redemption IN Christ, we are freed from past burdens and invited to live in the Blessing. This transformation is not automatic; it requires our active participation. We must renew our minds to the Truth and speak that Truth over every situation. Redemption positions us for victory, but confession activates what grace has already provided.
Believing and Declaring: The Foundation of Faith
The journey of faith begins with a simple yet profound principle: believe in your heart and declare with your mouth. This is the spiritual law that governs salvation, healing, peace, deliverance, and provision. Every promise of God is received by faith and activated through confession. Faith believes the Truth; confession releases it. This dual action is how spiritual awakening begins—and how spiritual victory continues.
Your Victory Is in Your Mouth
“Your victory is in your mouth” is more than a statement; it is a spiritual reality. The Word teaches that Truth is near us—in our hearts and in our mouths. This is the essence of the word of faith. When the Word fills our hearts, it naturally flows from our lips. And when it flows from our lips, mountains move, challenges bow, and the light of God’s goodness shines through us. Confession is not positive thinking; it is spiritual alignment with the Truth.
A City on a Hill
We are called to be a city on a hill—visible, radiant, and unmistakably different. Our lives should reflect the Blessing of God in tangible ways. Not through outward show, but through the undeniable presence of God’s goodness upon us. When others encounter us, they should sense something distinct: peace that steadies, joy that strengthens, and a confidence rooted in Truth. Our confession shapes our identity, and our identity becomes a testimony.
Renewing the Mind to Live in Victory
To live in the Blessing, we must continually renew our minds to the Truth. This is not a one-time act but a daily commitment. As we meditate on the Word and confess it over our lives, we align ourselves with the victory already won for us. Confession transforms our thinking, strengthens our faith, and illuminates the world around us. The more we speak Truth, the more we walk in the fullness of the Blessing.
Confession
I declare that the Word of God is in my heart and in my mouth. I speak Truth, I align with the Blessing, and I walk in the victory Jesus has secured for me. My mind is renewed, my faith is active, and my words release life, power, and transformation. I am a city on a hill, shining with the goodness of God. Today, I confess the Truth and live in the Blessing, in Jesus’ Name!
